Content Readiness Institute Selected as Speaker and Enterprise Track Chair at 10th Annual Augmented World Expo (AWE) Conference in Santa Clara, California

PEORIA, IL (2/20/19) — Content Readiness Institute is honored to announce that Founder & CEO, Jake Hamann has been selected as a speaker and enterprise track chair at the 10th Annual Augmented World Expo (AWE) Conference in Santa Clara, California, May 29th - 31st.

At AWE 2019, Hamann will host a session entitled: “Content Readiness: Is your content of today ready for the technology of tomorrow?” This discussion will highlight the challenges and obstacles that various industries and sectors are facing when it comes to the readiness of their content for ingestion, delivery and effectiveness (ROI) through ever-evolving advancements in technology such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality.

“As a past attendee of AWE, it is incredibly exciting to now have the opportunity to present and share the stage with some of the best and brightest thought leaders in the XR industry,” says Hamann. “I believe that the message of Content Readiness™ is one that will resonate with attendees from various industry sectors and help drive more wide-scale adoption of emerging technologies - especially in the enterprise.”

In addition, Hamann has been asked to chair the enterprise track for day one of the conference (May 29th), which will be focused on utilizing XR in automotive and manufacturing; including talks from Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Audi AG.

“Having the Content Readiness Institute take an active role in AWE 2019 couldn’t be more aligned with the timing of what is happening in our industry. Adoption of AR, VR, and MR initiatives seem to be hitting a roadblock, and the answer typically revolves around content. Jake has hit the nail on the head when it comes to the approach he is taking to solve this massive problem", says Zach Bloomgarden, Program Curator for BrainXchange and AWE2019.
